Sunrise Apartment St Ives
Welcome to our beautiful apartment!
We are lucky enough to have an uninterrupted sunrise and amazing view over Porthminster beach towards Carbis Bay, Hayle, Gwithian and Godrevy lighthouse.
Recently purchased, we have decorated throughout the apartment and are very pleased with the results!
We have our own designated parking space in the car park on Albert Rd.
From the car park walk up to the steps through the shared foyer into our apartment.
Keys are outside at the top of the stairs.
Inside at the rear of the property is a beautiful king-size bed, double wardrobe and plenty of storage space.
Our bathroom has a shower over the bath, a sink and a toilet.
Into the lounge and we have a kitchen diner/ lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped with china, glasses, cutlery, pots and many extras. The dining table seats four people.
Up one step into the lounge where we have a sofa that pulls out into a double bed. TV and free Wi-Fi are also there.
All linen is provided apart from beach towels.
In the car park, there is a Laundry room and the bin room.

We could sit there for hours!
